File Claims with Ease
In the event of an unauthorized transaction, you can rest easy knowing we’re here to help. All First State Bank Nebraska Visa® Debit Cards follow the same Zero Liability program that Visa Credit Cards do. If you spot any suspicious activity, our simple and convenient claims process ensures you’re never alone in resolving the issue.
- Contact our Debit Card Services team at 402.858.1774 and let them know of the unauthorized transaction.
- Answer a few questions regarding the transaction. Your card will be turned off and a new one will be ordered. You will instantly have access to a new digital card that use can use for payments online or add it to your mobile wallet while you wait for your new physical card to arrive in the mail.
- If the transaction is deemed unauthorized, you’ll receive a provisional credit within 5 days of the fraud filing for use while the investigation is completed. You will also receive a letter letting you know whether you received a provisional credit or not during the investigation.
- Once the investigation is completed a final determination is made about the transactions and you will receive a letter letting you know of the outcome.
